Tracking your requests

In response to customer feedback, which we have gratefully received from our most recent survey, we have made it easier for you to track your outstanding and historical requests on the platform.

These are now displayed on the main dashboard and in the "My profile" section on the main navbar.



When you click into any of these, you will see all your requests and be able to easily track their progress.



We hope this make your life easier.
