In the interests of protecting customer data, working with sensitive documents more effectively and laying the foundations for future automations, a number of improvements have just been deployed to the Empowered Wealth platform.
When communicating about a request, you will notice that you now have the option to "Add a comment .... OR .... Attach a document"
Clicking on "Add a comment" will allow you to add you a new comment, but unlike previously, you will no longer see a paperclip icon, which allows you to attach documents.
If you want to attach a document, you should click "Attach a document" and supply the relevant information in the form, which pops up.
You will be prompted to:
Supply a name for the document
Attach the document itself
Indicate whether the document contains sensitive information
This mechanism will allow us to manage our documents more securely and in time, to automate the process of creating, populating and signing documents.
Once you have have attached a document, it will appear in the log of activity, as per the screenshot below.
