If you have a pension, which is administered by Empowered Pensions, there will be times when you want to submit requests for common actions.
You can do this by clicking on the 'Pension portfolio' link, which appears in the top navbar, on every page of the Empowered Wealth platform.
From here, you should click on the specific pension, which you would like to submit the request for.
After clicking into the relevant pension, you can scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see a box, which you can click on, to review your outstanding pension requests and submit new ones.
Go ahead and click on the 'Requests' link.
From here, you will be able to see all your outstanding pension requests, along with some relevant information about them.
You can click on any one of these, to drill down further, so you can see more information about them.
If you wish to submit a new pension request, you can do so, at any time, by clicking on the '+ Start new pension request' button and selecting whether your new request relates to a member, scheme or investment action.
Depending on whether your request relates to a member, scheme or investment action, you will be prompted to supply relevant information, to help the team at Empowered Pensions to understand and process your request.
For example, the screenshot below relates to starting a new loanback.
When you've supplied all the relevant information, which the form has requested and added any relevant notes, which may help the team at Empowered Pensions to process your request, go ahead and click the 'Submit request' button.
If you want to submit a request, but you're not able to find a suitable option in the dropdown lists, please feel free to select the 'Other' option from the dropdown list and provide context in the notes. The screenshot below provides an example of this.
